I have been rattling my brain on how to best serve without being able to physically help during this time and with doing my part to stay home.
So I have put together a very simple routine that you can do at home to help give yourself a break in your day, morning or evening, and to bring yourself into the here and now.
This video is meant to help improve flow of qi and blood, release tension, and induce relaxation, which may in turn help us move through some of the emotions such as fear, worry, and overthinking that may be present during this time.
