Cancellation/Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any services cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment in order to receive a deposit refund. No refund shall be granted for no call/no shows and cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time. Please contact Health Intentionally  at HealthIntentionally@gmail.com with any questions. Health Intentionally  is not responsible for the purchase and refund of products from your Wellevate or Fullscript account. Please contact those providers for questions or concerns.
